Time Recorder pricing: Free vs Pro plans compared
Time Recorder is included in every fewbase plan. Free gives you up to 3 active projects and a 7-day export window; fewbase Pro (€9/month or €90/year, excl. VAT) removes them — and unlocks Pro in every other tool at once. See Billing and plans.

Only active projects and the export period are capped on Free — everything else, including the Telegram remote, is identical on both plans. Archiving a project to make room for a new one costs nothing either; only the active count is checked when you create one.
What Pro adds
Section titled “What Pro adds”- Unlimited active projects. No need to archive one project to make room for a new one.
- 180-day export period. PDF and CSV cover up to six months of history instead of one week.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”The free badge in the header, and the Upgrade link that appears when you try to add a 4th project or export past your plan’s limit, both open the same Stripe checkout for the Pro subscription — billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Cancel from Manage billing on your account page — it opens the Stripe customer portal shared by every fewbase tool. Pro access continues until the current paid period ends; only after that does the account revert to Free limits.
Do I lose data if I go back to Free?
No. Nothing is deleted. The Free limit only blocks creating a new active project once you already have 3 — existing projects, their tasks and entries keep working exactly as before, on Free or Pro.
