Invoices pricing: Free vs Pro plan and monthly limit
Invoices is included in every fewbase plan. Free gives you up to 5 documents per month; fewbase Pro (€9/month or €90/year, excl. VAT) removes it — and unlocks Pro in every other tool at once. See Billing and plans.

Free issues up to 5 documents per calendar month — invoices, quotes and credit notes together, counted when you press Issue, not when you create a draft. Once the limit is used up, issuing redirects to the upgrade screen; existing drafts, clients and already-issued documents stay untouched, and the allowance resets at the start of the next calendar month. Free sheets print the Ledger template with a “Powered by fewbase” line.
Pro removes the monthly limit and the “Powered by fewbase” line, as part of fewbase Pro (€9/month or €90/year, excl. VAT), which also unlocks Pro in every other fewbase tool. Import from Time Recorder, recurring invoices and payment reminders are listed on the upgrade screen as coming soon — they are not part of Pro today.
Pro removes the monthly document limit — issue as many invoices, quotes and credit notes as the month needs. Pro also removes the “Powered by fewbase” line from the sheet, so the document carries only your brand and logo.
Upgrade from the paywall screen the app links to whenever a free-plan issue
is refused, or open it directly at /invoices/pro; the purchase itself
happens on the fewbase hub, the same billing screen used by every fewbase
product.
Does the limit apply to drafts I haven’t issued yet?
No — the count only includes documents that have been issued (or are now paid or void) within the current calendar month. You can keep as many drafts as you like on Free.
What happens to my documents if I don’t upgrade?
Nothing changes for what already exists: drafts stay editable, issued documents keep their public links and PDFs, and clients and settings are unaffected. Only issuing new documents past the monthly count is blocked until the allowance resets or you upgrade.
