Recurring payment reminders in Subscriptions Tracker
A reminder is a message sent before a subscription charges you — enough notice to cancel or top up an account if you need to.

Channels
Section titled “Channels”Settings → Notifications has one switch each for Email and Telegram — either, both, or neither. If neither is on, the settings page says so directly: reminders are not being sent because no channel is enabled. Telegram also needs the chat linked from your account; without a link, Telegram reminders cannot be delivered even if the switch is on.
How many days ahead
Section titled “How many days ahead”Settings → Money & reminders, field Remind me, takes a whole number of days from 1 to 30.
When they go out
Section titled “When they go out”A single daily job, run once at 08:00 UTC, sends a reminder for a subscription once its charge date is within your chosen number of days — “today” for that comparison is worked out in your own time zone, but the job itself runs at that one fixed time for everyone. Only active subscriptions are considered — an archived one is skipped. Each subscription only gets one reminder per channel per charge date, even though the job checks again every day, so raising the “Remind me” value only widens how early the first message can go out.
What the message says
Section titled “What the message says”The reminder lists each upcoming charge — name, amount and date, with whether it is today, tomorrow, or in a number of days — under the heading “Upcoming charges”, plus a button to open the dashboard and a link to change reminder timing.
I got no reminder
Check that Email or Telegram is switched on in Settings → Notifications, and that Telegram is linked from your account if you rely on it. A charge that already got a reminder for its date will not send a second one, and an archived subscription does not get reminded at all.
