Data storage, retention and account deletion in fewbase

The fewbase account stores what it needs to sign you in and run the tools you use: your email address, display name and language, time zone, whichever Telegram chat is linked, and a record of your purchases. Each tool adds its own data on top of this (tasks, invoices, tracked domains and so on) — see that tool’s own docs for details.

The full description of what is collected, why, and who it is shared with (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for hosting) lives in the Privacy Policy. It also covers how long each kind of data is kept — sign-in links for 15 minutes, sessions for 30 days, and account data until you ask for it to be removed, except issued invoices, which Estonian accounting law requires keeping for longer.

There is no self-service delete button in the account page today. To delete your account and the data behind it, write to info@opentech.ee as described in the Privacy Policy, and it will be removed from the live databases; backups are cleared as they rotate. Invoices already issued cannot be deleted on request — they are kept for accounting purposes.

What if I only want to unlink Telegram or cancel a plan?

You do not need to delete your account for that. Unlink Telegram from the account page, and cancel or manage a paid plan from the billing page — both keep the rest of your account intact.
