Subscriptions Tracker pricing: Free vs Pro plans
Subscriptions Tracker is included in every fewbase plan. Free gives you up to 3 tracked subscriptions; fewbase Pro (€9/month or €90/year, excl. VAT) removes it — and unlocks Pro in every other tool at once. See Billing and plans. A separate one-time purchase covers receipt-recognition credits, and Subscriptions Tracker can also be bought outright — see Lifetime below.

The free tier holds up to 3 subscriptions you add yourself. Fewbase’s own subscriptions (its own billing showing up automatically) do not count toward that limit. Reminders and the monthly total work the same as on Pro; the limit only affects how many subscriptions you can track. Every account also gets 3 free receipt scans that never expire; they are spent last, after any purchased pack, so a paid pack never expires unused while free scans still sit on the balance.
Pro removes the subscription limit entirely — track as many as you like. It’s part of fewbase Pro, billed €9/month or €90/year, excl. VAT, which also unlocks Pro in every other fewbase tool. Removing the limit is the only difference from Free: reminders, the monthly total and receipt-scan pricing stay the same on both tiers.
Lifetime
Section titled “Lifetime”Subscriptions Tracker can also be bought once, for €9: the tracker is yours forever — the subscription limit stays removed even if you never subscribe to fewbase Pro or Business — and you get 30 days of Pro in every other fewbase tool on top. Any fewbase subscription (Pro or Business) already includes this lifetime access, so if you’re already subscribed there is nothing extra to buy.
Scan credit packs
Section titled “Scan credit packs”Receipt recognition is billed separately from Pro, on both tiers. Each recognition spends one credit; once the 3 free scans are used, further recognitions need a purchased pack of 10 for €3, sold as a one-time top-up valid for a year from purchase. Manual entry never spends a credit.
Do I need Pro to use receipt recognition?
No — recognition and its credits are independent of the Free/Pro limit. A free-tier account can recognise receipts as long as it has scans left, right up to its 3-subscription limit; Pro only removes that subscription count limit.
What happens to my subscriptions if I stay on Free?
Nothing is removed. The limit blocks adding a new subscription past 3 of your own, but existing ones, their reminders and their place in the monthly total keep working.
