Every document has a public address. The client opens it without an account, sees the status and what to pay to which IBAN, and downloads the PDF. You see when the link was first opened.

Numbers, part payments, corrections
A draft is free to edit; issuing assigns the number and freezes the document. Payments are recorded as they arrive, in parts if that is how the client pays. A mistake in an issued invoice is fixed by a credit note, not by quiet editing.

FAQ
How does the client receive the invoice?
By email with a link to a public page, or by the link alone if you prefer to paste it into a chat. The page shows the status, the bank details and the PDF; no account is needed to open it.
Which languages?
The sheet, the email and the public page follow the document language: English, Russian or Estonian. It is set per client and can be changed per document. The cabinet itself is English or Russian.
Do you collect the payment?
No. The money goes straight to your bank account — your IBAN is printed on the sheet and shown on the public page. You mark the invoice as paid yourself, in full or in parts.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — five documents per calendar month on the Ledger template, with a “Powered by fewbase” line on the sheet. No credit card to start.
